The foundation laid through field isolations in 2010–2013 and the ASYA culture collection was strengthened in 2020 by Antarctic sampling under the TÜBİTAK 1001 program. From 2022 onward, deepening work on UV-protective biomolecules, biostimulants, and phycobiliproteins extended into space biotechnology in 2023 through the UZMANproject. In 2024, TAES was founded with support from TÜBİTAK 1812, and—via the KOSGEB program—production infrastructure, quality systems, and end-to-end traceability were commissioned. We are now advancing through extended testing and pre-manufacturing toward pilot batches and field validations in 2025, followed by the commercialization of safe, compliant, market-ready product families.
