Strain Selection & Pre-Screen
What we do: Select target-fit strains from ASYA (psychrotolerant) and ARAS (mesophilic) and run rapid pre-screens.
Outputs: Recommended strain list, starter culture (agar/50 mL/1 L), baseline growth conditions.
Bioprocess Design & Yield Optimization
What we do: Define the process window (time/conditions) for the target component; gentle mixing and feeding strategies.
Outputs: Preliminary mass balance, process flow diagram, scale plan (lab → pilot).
Analytical Validation & Quality (QA/QC)
What we do: Identity/purity checks (e.g., HPLC/LC-MS/MS), photostability, basic safety, and antioxidant assays.
Outputs: Test panel summary, traceable records, draft release criteria.
Scale-Up & Pilot (2.5 t)
What we do: Pilot runs with 2×1.1 t tanks + airlift tubular reactor set; layered harvesting and drying integration.
Outputs: Pilot batch(es), specification sheet, field/partner samples.
Sustainability & Circularity
What we do: Valorize side streams; improve water/energy efficiency and minimize waste along the biorefinery.
Outputs: Environmental impact snapshots (e.g., water/energy/waste metrics) and improvement actions.
Cultivation & Condition Engineering
What we do: Culture under tuned light–temperature–gas regimes; mesophilic and psychrotolerant programs.
Outputs: Growth curves, yield summaries, traceable run records.
Extraction & Purification (Biorefinery)
What we do: Extraction–fractionation and cleanup for FBP (PC/PE), UV-protectants (MAA), EPS/hydrogels, and biostimulants.
Outputs: Target fraction(s) with preliminary purity/color/activity data.
Formulation & Compatibility
What we do: Carrier/system selection (powder/liquid/gel/film), packaging–storage fit, initial shelf-life tracking.
